Since 2014, Cristobal has actively participated in the planning and execution of corporate risk reducing strategies for both foreign and domestic clients. His knowledge and practice includes advice in cross-border transactions, corporate, trusts and contractual matters. Cristobal also forms part of the procedural and administrative areas of the office, in charge of complex issues related to intellectual property, unfair competition and antitrust, litigation, negotiation and arbitration. His areas of practice include: Civil and Adminstrative Law; Cross-Border Transactions; Contracts, Corporate and Commercial Law; Trusts; Intellectual Property, Anti-trust, Negotiation and Arbitration, Procedural Law and Strategic Litigation. He is fluent in Spanish and English.
