G. Tenediotis was born in 1965 and is an attorney-at-law admitted to the Athens Bar Association since 1995. He is a graduate of the Athens University Law School and holds a Master's degree (LL.M.) in International European and Commercial Law, University of Kent at Canterbury, UK and an M.Sc. in Business for Lawyers from the Athens Laboratory of Business Administration (ALBA). He is fluent in English. G. Tenediotis predominantly handles all areas of contentious and non-contentious commercial and corporate law cases, acting for entrepreneurs and corporate entities from a variety of industries (cosmetics, beverages, finance etc.). An important part of his work is advising companies on corporate finance issues and mergers as well as on all types of commercial agreements and contracts, such as distribution, trademark and corporate bonds. He is also an expert in matters relating to national and international trademarks, the Athens Stock Exchange Regulatory Compliance and corporate governance.
