Bernard A. Henry joined Rieck and Crotty, P.C. in 2008 as an associate attorney. Bernie earned his Juris Doctor degree from Loyola University Chicago School of Law and was admitted to the Illinois Bar in 2007. While at Loyola, he emphasized his studies on client advocacy including his participation in the Hispanic National Bar Association Moot Court Team, the American Bar Association Negotiation Team and advanced level trial advocacy courses including the use of new technology in the courtroom. At graduation, Bernie received the Leadership and Service Award for his active role in the Loyola University community including two years as Vice President of the Student Bar Association. He received his Bachelor of Arts from the University of Illinois at Urbana Champaign. Prior to joining the firm, Bernie was a law clerk in the City of Chicago Department of Law. As an associate with the firm, Bernie concentrates his practice in litigation and practices in both Federal and State courts as well as before various administrative bodies. Bernie is currently a member of the Chicago Bar Association, Illinois Bar Association and the Hispanic National Bar Association. Bernie is an avid sports fan and musician. As a tenor, Bernie has performed in London, Paris, Krakow, Prague and Budapest. Bernie and his wife, Kristen, live in Chicago, Illinois.
