About Malone Allen
From debate team to law school to legal issues at Berman Fink Van Horn, Malone has a passion for delving into problems and understanding them from every angle. As a Litigation Associate, Malone finds solutions. He works with companies and business people on disputes ranging from employment to real estate to unfair competition. A graduate of Emory University School of Law (Deans List), Malone represented Emory at the Jessup International Law and New York City Bar Association’s National Moot Court competitions. He received his Bachelor of Arts from Trinity University. Prior to joining Berman Fink Van Horn, Malone was an associate at another law firm in Atlanta, concentrating on litigation and dispute resolution in commercial and complex family law disputes. He also served as an intern to the Honorable Justice P. Harris Hines of the Supreme Court of Georgia. Outside of the office, Malone is an avid hiker, backpacker and technology enthusiast. An Atlanta foodie, Malone also enjoys recreational racquetball and kickball as well as watching the Atlanta Falcons and San Antonio Spurs.
