Mateusz is a legal advisor and Head of Employment Department in TGC. Mateusz has several years of practical experience in advising corporate clients on labour law, activities of sheltered workplaces and obtaining public funds for employment of persons with disabilities. His daily work involves advising on labour law regulations, legitimate use of state aid resources, consequences of violation of the national and EU state aid regulations, contributions to the National Disabled Persons Rehabilitation Fund, subsidizing wages and salaries of disabled employees, disbursement of funds from the disabled persons’ rehabilitation fund of the enterprise.
