His practice focuses on financial and commercial law, which includes providing comprehensive advisory services for companies mainly on commercial and tax matters, as well as real estate, banking, mergers and acquisitions. He has developed expertise advising large foreign-owned companies on their investments in Chile and currently manages several foreign investment funds. He is presently on the board of many companies and non-profit organizations. He was born in Santiago, Chile, in 1963. He received his law degree with the highest possible honors from Universidad de Chile and was admitted to practice in Chile in 1981.
