Greg’s aviation practice includes representing individuals and companies with the purchase, sale, leasing, financing, ownership, and management of aircrafts and helicopters. Greg regularly advises aircraft owners and operators regarding federal and state tax planning and compliance with FAA regulations.
Greg also serves as a trusted advisor for individuals and families navigating the complex legal landscape of their lives. He advises clients on the full array of estate planning matters, including wills, trusts, charitable planning, tax planning, and international estate planning—always focused on providing practical and creative solutions. Greg also assists tax-exempt organizations on entity formation, grant-making, board fiduciary duties, corporate governance matters, and compliance issues.
Though from the Tacoma area, Greg attended The Ohio State University where he received his undergraduate degree in Economics. Greg then returned to the Pacific Northwest and earned his law degree from Seattle University School of Law. While in law school, he served as an editor for the Seattle University Law Review and participated in the University of Washington Federal Tax Clinic, where he assisted low income individuals in resolving tax disputes with the IRS. After graduating law school, Greg received his Master of Laws in Taxation from New York University. Outside of work Greg enjoys spending time with his wife and two dogs.
