He has many years of experience of acting as an Employment Tribunal litigator, both in conducting high value complex claims along with appearing as an advocate on behalf of clients in the Employment Tribunal. He prides himself on providing a pragmatic and commercial approach, ensuring cases are dealt with effectively and efficiently. He also has experience of shadowing Employment Tribunal judges which has given him a valuable and unique insight into the mechanics of the Tribunal process.
