NEW HAVEN, Connecticut (September 20, 2016) The law firm of Neubert, Pepe & Monteith, P.C. welcomes Anthony C. Famiglietti as an Associate with the firm. Attorney Famiglietti joins the firm’s Bankruptcy & Creditor Rights, Commercial Litigation, and Employment & Labor Law practice groups.

Prior to joining the firm, Attorney Famiglietti was a law clerk for the Honorable Douglas S. Lavine at the Connecticut Appellate Court. He held intern positions at the Connecticut Office of the Attorney General, Finance Department, Office of the Governor, State of Connecticut, Office of General Counsel, Office of the Chief State’s Attorney, and the Committee for Public Counsel Services in Springfield, Massachusetts. In addition, he was the American Bar Association Janet D. Steiger Fellow at the Connecticut Department of Consumer Protection.
Attorney Famiglietti earned his J.D. from the University of Connecticut School of law and his B.A. from Brandeis University. In law school, Attorney Famiglietti was an articles editor of the Connecticut Law Review and was a 2015 American Bankruptcy Institute Medal recipient. He received the CALI Excellence Award for Class Performance in Moot Court, Bankruptcy, Consumer Bankruptcy, Spanish for Lawyers II, and Wrongful Convictions.
