Adam Nangini is an Associate at KMB Law and a member of the firm’s Corporate & Commercial, Mergers & Acquisitions and Private Equity Group. Adam started his legal career at KMB in 2022 as an Articling Student.

At KMB, Adam assists the Corporate Commercial, Mergers and Acquisition and Private Equity teams in a variety of matters. This includes asset and share purchase transactions, professional corporate services and exempt market raises. In addition, Adam also possesses a strong foundation in secured lending and financial services which enables him to help corporate clients with their acquisition financing or other related needs.

Passionate about mentorship within the legal field, Adam volunteered as a peer mentor at Windsor Law. Additionally, he was a member of the Windsor Review of Legal and Social Issues where he served as the Business Manager and Social Media Manager.

During his 2L summer, Adam gained valuable clinic experience as a member of the Detroit Mercy Trademark and Entrepreneurial Clinic. He assisted Detroit-area clients incorporate their start-ups under Michigan law, and register their trademarks with the US Patent and Trademark Office.

Outside of his professional life, Adam enjoys cooking and motor racing. He shares a strong passion for the Scuderia Ferrari Formula 1 team.
