Adil Habib is an Associate at KMB Law and a member of the firm’s Litigation Group. He has extensive experience in construction and engineering disputes, director and shareholder conflicts, real estate disputes, and health law. Adil is adept at handling complex, multi-party disputes across all levels of court.

Before being called to the bar, Adil worked as a project engineer in the oil and gas industry, focusing on pipeline projects worldwide. Adil leverages his diverse expertise to provide clients with practical and commercially oriented solutions. He has represented a wide range of stakeholders in the construction industry, including owners, contractors, trades, and suppliers. He often assists clients in reviewing existing contracts or new agreements with a view to managing and mitigating risk.
