Previously, Alyssa was an Associate Attorney at an international law firm in New York. Her previous experience also includes legal externships at the Federal Trade Commission and ACLU of Georgia and judicial externships with Judge Eleanor L. Ross (federal) and Judge Billy Tomlinson (state).

A graduate of Emory University School of Law (Honors), Alyssa won regional and national accolades on Emory’s Lefkowitz Trademarks moot court team and was inducted into The Order of Barristers for excellence in litigation activities. Alyssa received her Bachelor of Arts in Journalism in Entertainment and Media Studies (Cum Laude) and her Bachelor of Arts in English Literature (Cum Laude) from the University of Georgia. Prior to law school, Alyssa worked in the Atlanta media industry.

Outside of the office, Alyssa enjoys arranging music for the piano and guitar, as well as writing creatively, especially screenplays and manuscripts.
