Amandeep Sidhu is a Partner in the Commercial Litigation and Debt Recovery practice groups.
Amandeep’s practice covers a broad range of commercial and civil litigation matters. He advises clients on mortgage enforcement, mortgage and title fraud, construction lien matters, Repair and Storage Liens Act matters, landlord and tenant disputes, injunctive relief, contractual disputes, debt collection, shareholders’ remedies, Mareva Injunctions and Anton Piller orders. He has appeared in the Ontario Superior Court of Justice and Appeal Courts on behalf of his clients.
Prior to becoming a lawyer, Amandeep spent several years working as a Mortgage Broker and has received his Financial Service Underwriting diploma as required by the Financial Services Commission of Ontario.
