Ami Imbrogno is a seasoned litigator who uses her ability to listen to and build relationships with clients in order to anticipate their needs and help them obtain the best results possible. She has obtained judgment on the pleadings, summary judgment, and favorable verdicts on a variety of tort, employment, business, contractual, and Section 1983 matters, has obtained favorable rulings in appeals, and has successfully negotiated cost-saving or equitable settlements.
Ami also has experience in assisting Ohio municipalities with compliance with the Ohio and federal constitutions and applicable labor and employment laws, drafting ordinances, and suggesting changes to laws, charters, and policies.
