Ana centers her practice and has experience in corporate general matters, such as incorporation of companies, shareholders’ rights and liability limitations, meetings minutes, Immigration Law, Industrial Property, preparation of agreements and personal data protection.

Ana holds her JD from Universidad La Salle (“LA SALLE”). In addition, Ana has participated in several academic courses at the Mexican Institute of Industrial Property (“IMPI”); Principal Tax Obligations of Companies in Mexico (“UNAM”) and currently is studying a Master’s Degree in Corporate Law from La Salle.
