Partner since 2001, Anna Soatto has been involved in legal, judicial and extrajudicial assistance and consultancy, mainly in the areas of business, corporate, contractual and bankruptcy law and tax litigation. She advises state-owned and private companies on M&A operations, on project financing and on projects of renewable energy production plants of farms, private- and state-owned companies, as well as on drawing up ESCO contracts and contracts for energy saving in buildings. She also acquired significant experience in asset protection, successions, not-for-profit organizations and ecclesiastical institutions. She graduated with honours in Law from the University of Bologna in 1989. She practiced at the law firm Schlesinger Lombardi in Milan and collaborated as visiting lawyer with the law firm Gouldens in London. She was admitted to the Bar Association of Padua in 1993. She is a mediator according to Italian legislation D.Lgs. no. 28/2010 in the conciliation of civil and commercial disputes. Soatto conducts teaching activities on privacy, anti-money laundering due diligence at professionals, project financing and investments on renewable energy for professional associations, various institutions and organisations, such as Scuola Superiore della Pubblica Amministrazione Locale del Veneto and Kyoto Club. She speaks English fluently and maintains relations with the reporting members of the Lawpact international network.
