Ariel centers his activities in rendering legal corporate services with more than 10 years of experience, specially preparing all kind of agreements. On Corporate matters, his counseling includes preparation of legal documents to incorporate new companies, business structuring, foreign investment, joint ventures, mergers and acquisitions, legal due diligence, intellectual property, copyrights, immigration law and personal data protection.

Ariel obtained his law degree from Universidad del Valle de México (UVM) and did a Specialization in Corporate Law at the Instituto Tecnológico de Estudios Superiores de Monterrey (ITESM).
