BRYAN E. KEENAN is a Director of the Wilmington, Delaware, law firm of Gordon, Fournaris & Mammarella, P.A., where his main areas of practice are taxation, business transactions and business law. His practice encompasses wealth transfer vehicles, including family limited partnerships, limited liability companies, charitable trusts and private foundations. Bryan regularly authors and presents educational programs on tax subjects for lay and professional groups. His published writings range from the professional liability of accountants to the economics of industrial investment. He served as Adjunct Professor of Law at Widener Law School for a number of years where he taught Tax Practice and Procedure in the Graduate Tax Program.Bryan received his B.A. degree, cum laude, and his J.D. degree from Syracuse University, and his LL.M. degree in Taxation from Temple University.
