Chad Lorenz Halliday’s practice is focused on closing commercial real estate transactions and resolving issues for clients in the area of commercial real estate, residential and commercial developments, and real estate title issues. He is a member of the firm’s Real Property and Development team. Chad’s prior legal experience has included Certificate of Need law, and a previous commercial real estate practice focused on big box retail land acquisitions, ground leases, and outparcel sales.
