Daniela Fonseca is an associate at KMB Law and a member of the firm’s Business and Estate Succession practice group where she works as both a solicitor and litigator.

Daniela assists individuals, both those with and without businesses, with their estate planning needs including drafting of general and limited wills and powers of attorney and various trust documents. Daniela regularly advises and assists Estate Trustees with navigating the estate administration process when an individual passes away, including the probating of wills, and the winding up of estates.

If an estate matter has escalated to a dispute, she advises and assists individuals with estate and trust litigation including the challenging of wills and powers of attorney, passing of accounts, and guardianship applications.
