Employment law and tenancy law attorney
In employment law and tenancy law, it is always about people. The employer and the employee. The landlord and the tenant. They can be confronted with conflicting interests that can even lead to a conflict. If you want to resolve such a situation well, good preparation is half the battle. If you then tackle the problem in a targeted and strategic manner, you will often achieve success quickly. That is why I like to tackle matters at an early stage. In this way, I usually manage to reach a favourable solution and prevent you from having to go to court. But if it does get that far, I will also litigate to the utmost. My goal is always to achieve the best solution.
In employment law issues, a sparring partner with up-to-date knowledge of employment law is crucial. After all, employment law is always in motion. I am happy to be that sparring partner for both employers and employees. Whether it concerns legal assistance in a reorganization, an individual dismissal procedure, discussion about a non-competition clause, the collective labor agreement or working conditions. In every matter, I am ready to assist you with advice and action.
Both landlords and tenants can contact me for advice and legal assistance in the field of residential and commercial space. In the preliminary phase of a rental agreement, you can call on me to draw up and assess the agreement. And I can also assist you with legal assistance during a rental agreement. For example, in the event of maintenance disputes, rent arrears, defects and nuisance. Or in legal proceedings for the termination of a rental agreement.
In addition to legal assistance in my primary areas of focus, employment law and tenancy law, I also assist entrepreneurs and private individuals in the areas of commercial law, law of obligations and social security law.
