Lawyer by the Gabriel René Moreno University, began her career as assistant and later as secretary in a civil court, an experience that allowed her to continue the practice of the profession in the area of civil litigation, making this her specialty.
In her career she has carried out over two thousand lawsuits in civil matters, specialist in executives and ordinary lawsuits and especially in money recovery processes on behalf of our clients in the banking sector. Experience has also allowed her to become a skilled analyst of securities.
She has extensive experience in business and civil contracts, expert in real estate law, building developments, condominiums, obtaining legal personality and procedures for property rights as well as in the process of agricultural lands at the National Institute of Agricultural Reform (INRA) and the National Intellectual Property Service.
Advises mining companies, with extensive knowledge in the process of obtaining mining concessions.
