Effie has assisted clients throughout the life cycle of a business, beginning from the incorporation of the business to its sale or dissolution. She assists business owners with all aspects of their business including corporate governance, corporate reorganizations, employment matters, commercial leasing, and other everyday corporate and commercial matters. During law school, Effie participated in the UBC Business Law Clinic where she provided legal advice to entrepreneurs and small business owners. Effie enjoys traveling and playing board games in her spare time.
