Partner since 2001, Giovanni Tagliavini is involved in legal, judicial and extrajudicial assistance and consultancy mainly in the areas of business contracts, corporate, bankruptcy law and labour law. He acquired a significant experience in corporate governance; acquisition and transfer of assets; tangible and intangible corporate assets protection; and in real estate operations and insolvency procedures. He graduated with honours in Law from the University of Padua and was admitted to the Bar Association of Padua in 1995. He practiscd and collaborated with a law firm specializing in labour law. He was honorary fellow in labour law at the Department of Private Law at the Faculty of Political Sciences at the University of Padua. For several years he contributed to the periodical La Nuova Giurisprudenza Civile Commentata. He speaks English fluently and maintains relations with the reporting members of the Lawpact international network.
