Gladys concentrates her practice at SkarlatosZonarich in estate administration, and also has assisted business clients with formation and dissolution of various types of business entities, governance compliance, and contract drafting.

While in law school, Gladys served as Internal Managing Editor of the Law Review. She was also selected as the recipient of the Bruce M. and Elizabeth M. Monroe Intellectual Property Scholarship.

Prior to joining the firm, Gladys was employed by the Pennsylvania Department of Human Services, gaining experience in medical assistance programs and the state-supervised child welfare system. Gladys also worked in commercial real estate market analysis and in the financial technology industry before embarking on her legal career.
