Glen R. Segal is an associate with SGS. Mr. Segal graduated from California State University, Fullerton with honors in 1983, earning a Bachelor's of Arts degree in political science. He received his Juris Doctor from the University of Southern California in 1986. While at USC, Mr. Segal was a Publications Editor for the Computer/Law Journal and Major Tax Planning. He is also the author of the Note, "The Threat from Within-Cable Television and the Invasion of Privacy," 7 Computer/Law Journal 89 (1986). He has served as a volunteer mock trial coach for the Constitutional Rights Foundation of Orange County's annual high school mock trial competition for more than twenty years and is currently serving as attorney coach for Dana Hills High School’s mock trial team in Irvine. He was named Mock Trial Attorney Coach of the Year for the 2008-09 school year by CRF-OC. Mr. Segal has experience representing individuals and business entities in areas of general business and real property matters, real estate leasing, real estate litigation, landlord-tenant litigation and collection litigation. Mr. Segal is admitted to practice law before all Courts of the State of California, the United States Court of Appeal, Ninth Circuit, as well as the United States District Courts for the Northern, Eastern, Central and Southern Districts of California. He is also a member of the Orange County Bar Association.
