Hannah is a Partner in the firm's Business and Corporate Law practice.  She represents clients in the areas of securities, bond and bank finance, tax incentives,  business law, limited liability company law, and tax-exempt organizations. Hannah is a member of the American Bar Association, Alabama State Bar, Tuscaloosa County Bar Association, Defense Research Institute, Young Professional of Tuscaloosa, and  National Association of Bond Lawyers.Hannah received her B.S. in Business Management magna cum laude  from the University of Alabama at Birmingham, Masters of Business Administration, Samford University, and Juris Doctor from  Cumberland School of Law, 2009.  She is licensed to practice in Alabama and Tennessee.
