Before joining Synergy Business Lawyers LLP, Hannah summered and articled at a leading full-service law firm, where she gained experience in a wide range of business law matters. She has assisted privately held companies across various industries with mergers and acquisitions, corporate reorganizations, shareholder agreements, governance matters, and other general corporate-commercial work.

Hannah also advises on commercial lending and financing transactions, as well as commercial real estate matters, including acquisitions, dispositions, and leasing. She has experience working with partnerships and joint ventures on structuring and ongoing governance matters.

During law school, Hannah competed in the Davies Corporate/Securities Law Moot, where she researched and argued complex corporate law issues.

Outside of work, Hannah enjoys trail running and skiing.
