Heather Krauss focuses her practice on all aspects of noncompete, trade secret misappropriation, and employment litigation.
She has represented clients before federal and state courts and administrative agencies, and she has regularly counseled clients on various matters such as noncompete agreements, family and medical leaves of absence, avoidance of employment discrimination and unfair labor practice charges, employee disciplinary matters, wage and hour law compliance, reductions in force, and labor unionization issues.
Prior to joining Beck Reed Riden LLP, Heather was a labor and employment litigation associate at Foley & Lardner LLP. Heather was also a litigation associate at Day, Berry & Howard LLP (now Day Pitney LLP).
