Ian Wick is a Partner at Keyser Mason Ball, LLP and is engaged in a broad corporate/commercial practice. His practice focuses on the areas of mergers and acquisitions, corporate reorganizations, private equity, shareholder and owner relationship agreements and disputes and commercial agreements.

He is also a member of the firm’s Branding & Franchising group. Combined with his Intellectual Property knowledge, Ian brings significant value to clients with their IT contracts (including procurement), licensing issues, e-commerce activities and other commercial transactions.

Ian is actively involved in managing business transactions, as well as ongoing advisory relationships with senior management for many of his clients. He regularly advises companies ranging from family owned businesses to large multinational corporations, including publicly traded companies.
