Jacquelyn Beatty focuses her practice on litigation with an emphasis in insurance coverage and appellate matters. She has over 35 years of experience primarily representing insurers in complex coverage and bad faith matters. Jacquelyn also represents clients in complex commercial litigation.
Jacquelyn has been lead trial and appellate counsel in several Washington insurance cases of first impression that resulted in significant victories for her insurer clients. She has been listed among “Washington’s Top 100 Super Lawyers” for insurance every year since 2012. In addition, she has been ranked among the “Top 50 Women Washington Super Lawyers” every year since 2010. She has been recognized as a “Best Lawyer” consecutively since 2019. She also achieved the accolade of a Band 1 recognition with Chambers and Partners for her work in Insurance Law. She has obtained the Chartered Property Casualty Underwriter (“CPCU”) and Associate in Risk Management (“ARM”) professional designations. She is AV Preeminent rated by Martindale Hubbell.
