Jenny is a Partner in the Corporate team and assists business clients of all sizes from a range of sectors with transactional and advisory work varying from assisting with new business start-ups to working on mergers and acquisitions, corporate restructures and re-organisations and drafting partnership and shareholders agreements.

Jenny provides assistance to companies and lending institutions on mergers and acquisitions and on corporate restructures. She assists with drafting and negotiating transactional documentation and conducting and reviewing legal and financial due diligence.

Jenny has much experience of structuring deals, preparing heads of terms, drafting non-disclosure and confidentiality agreements, advising on necessary and appropriate agreements, advising on the suitability of warranties, indemnities and personal guarantees, conducting due diligence, liaising with funders and matching businesses with suitable acquisition opportunities.

Jenny acts for a wide range of clients including owner managed businesses, banks and financial institutions, shareholders, investors and management teams. She also leads our Leisure and Hospitality sector.
