Jorge graduated from the San Martín de Porres University. In 1997 he finished his master´s degree studies. He has specialized studies at Euro-Americano de Cultura, Ciencia y Comunicación (INECAM) from Universidad de Alcalá de Henares (Spain), and the Japan International Cooperation Agency. Attorney with over 25 years of practice focusing on Corporate Law, Administrative Law, Tourism, Hotels and Gambling. Jorge has provided legal advice to companies from mining, hydrocarbons, hotels, retail sectors, among others.

He was General Manager at National Chamber of Tourism - CANATUR; General Manager at Peruvian Association of Hotels, Restaurants and Related Businesses - AHORA; Director Legal Manager at Pure Biofuels del Perú S.A.C. and Manager at Compañía Minera Quiruvilca S.A. Actually he is a member of the Board of Penta Tanks Terminals S.A. and Hotel, Restaurant La Hacienda S.A.

He is a member of the Lima Bar Association and Member of the Legal Committee of the American Chamber of Commerce of Perú AMCHAM.
