Practice Emphasis Justin is a partner in the firm's Corporate and Municipal Bankruptcy practice. He specializes in the areas of bankruptcy, debtor and creditor rights, workouts, insolvency, and commercial litigation. Mr. Williams has represented both debtors and creditors in complex Chapter 11 bankruptcy cases. He also practices in the areas of environmental law, local government law, workplace issues, general business and commercial law, and litigation. His litigation experience includes employment litigation, commercial litigation, construction litigation, class action defense, probate litigation, bankruptcy litigation, personal injury defense, and real property litigation.He is licensed to practice in Alabama and Mississippi.Justin is affiliated with numerous bar and non-legal organizations. He is a graduate of the Alabama State Bar Leadership Forum, Class 9-2013, and selected by class members to present 2014 Class of Alabama Lawyers Hall of Fame inductees.
