As a personal injury lawyer, I am affiliated with MARK Advocaten. In addition to personal injury law, I am very familiar with liability law, insurance law and the law of obligations. Good personal contact and the ability to empathize with the needs of my clients are basic conditions for my work as a personal injury lawyer. I am a fighter by nature. You can therefore trust that I will do everything to achieve the best result. I prefer to avoid legal proceedings. But if it does come to litigation, I will pull out all the stops. I have extensive experience in negotiating and litigating. I use that experience to achieve the best result.
Both business parties and private individuals can contact me. Private individuals who are the victim of, for example, a traffic or work accident, usually do not only have to deal with serious injuries. Often you also suffer a lot of damage. I help you to recover as much material and immaterial damage (pain and suffering) as possible and to guide you through the personal injury claim process. The same applies if you are the victim of a medical error or another accident that causes damage. In addition to private individuals, I can also assist business parties with my expertise, such as employers, insurers, doctors or other persons who are held liable.
