Larraina focuses her practice on general business matters, entity formation, real property transactions, contract formation, and creditor’s rights.

Before becoming an attorney, Larraina worked in the fast-paced financial technology industry in Portland. Having grown up in the mid-Willamette Valley, Larraina was excited to return to the area to attend Willamette University College of Law, where she graduated as valedictorian. With her business background, Larraina recognizes how important it is to find practical business solutions to legal problems. Larraina enjoys working collaboratively with her clients and taking the time to understand each client’s needs and goals. She is passionate about helping her clients’ businesses thrive and contribute to the economic growth of the Willamette Valley.

In her free time, Larraina can be found exploring the Pacific Northwest with her husband and their two kids, hosting a game night, or taking her kids to visit their dad at his fire station.
