Lauren Parker is an Associate in Commercial Litigation and Franchise, Retail & Distribution at KMB Law.

Lauren's litigation practice covers a broad range of commercial and civil litigation matters including franchising disputes, shareholder disputes, commercial contract disputes, debt collection, corporate governance issues and other commercial matters. Lauren’s experience also includes professional liability/personal injury defence and other types of civil litigation. Lauren has appeared before the Ontario Small Claims Courts and the Ontario Superior Court of Justice.

Lauren also has experience in advising both franchisors and franchisees on all aspects of Canadian franchise law and the franchise relationship including enforcement, system changes, transfers, and renewals and in drafting, negotiating, and preparing disclosure documents and franchise agreements.

Prior to joining KMB Law, Lauren practiced at a boutique franchise law firm in Toronto.
