Luis is a corporate and financial associate member of the Finance and Corporate Practice Group in Gil Elorduy’s Mexico City office with experience in complex domestic and cross-border corporate, banking and financial transactions as well as in capital markets, mergers and acquisitions and general corporate law.

In addition to representing multinational banks and companies, Luis has represented successful startups, companies and other clients in various industries including venture capital, technology, logistics, transportation and real estate.
