Corporate law, contract law and tenancy law are areas of law that can be closely intertwined and are essential to the success of most businesses. Within this context, seeking out and entering into various partnerships plays a central role, especially within the framework of corporate law. Corporate law plays a crucial role in legally anchoring partnerships correctly. Drawing up clear and legally enforceable contracts is not only a formal step, but also forms the essence of the partnership. I like to help entrepreneurs to properly develop contracts, which not only record the rights and obligations of the parties involved, but also contribute to the viability and continuity of the partnership.
In 2008 I started working as a lawyer and since 2014 I have been working as an independent and enterprising lawyer. Since then I have mainly acted for entrepreneurs as a permanent sparring partner, where I mainly advise entrepreneurs in the field of drafting and negotiating commercial trade contracts, lease agreements for business premises, cooperation agreements, company takeovers, and shareholders' agreements or shareholder disputes. The cases I handle usually show a certain legal-strategic complexity in the aforementioned legal areas. I get my greatest satisfaction from supervising cases, where I determine the optimal strategy for a matter together with the entrepreneur. This not only involves determining the right strategy, but also substantiating this strategy with convincing arguments and I use a well-considered approach in this. I am skilled in the strategic application of legal instruments such as a seizure, bankruptcy application or summary proceedings.
My goal is always to serve the interests of my clients to the maximum, using my legal expertise and insight. My ambition often goes beyond just achieving victories and cases. I like to focus on creating sustainable solutions that are in the interest of my clients.
