Peter T. Fay practices in the areas of Professional Malpractice & Liability Defense and Commercial Litigation. Attorney Fay has significant experience in the areas of professional liability defense, product liability defense, premises and general liability defense, and commercial litigation. His clients include real estate brokers, appraisers, home inspectors, land surveyors, physicians, attorneys and insurance brokers and agents. In addition, Attorney Fay has represented retailer, automobile manufacturers and distributors, hospitals, and recreational facilities. Attorney Fay is admitted to practice in both state and federal courts and has successfully tried jury and court cases and has handled appeals in the Connecticut Appellate Court and the Connecticut Supreme court. He represents clients in matters before the Department of Consumer Protection and the Commission on Human Rights & Opportunities.

Attorney Fay graduated from Fairfield University and earned his law degree from the College of William and Mary, Marshall-Wythe School of Law.
