Prior to joining Hale Ball Carlson Baumgartner Murphy, PLC he was a partner in Baumgartner Pohlman, PLC. Before returning to private practice in Virginia he served as General Counsel for a large Washington DC-based commercial sub-contractor. He previously practiced law in Harrisburg, Pennsylvania.
