Taylor has worked in professional services administration since 2016, with experience spanning both accounting and law firms. She joined Sherman Sherman Johnnie & Hoyt in 2022 as Firm Administrator, where she oversees operations, human resources, and marketing, and plays a key role in advancing the firm’s strategic initiatives and process improvements.

Taylor is a graduate of Willamette University, where she earned both her bachelor’s degree and Master of Business Administration. Outside of the office, she enjoys spending time outdoors with her husband, Zach, their young son, and their two dogs.
