Biography

With a farm of twelve acres of Cabernet on Mt. Veeder, Wyman has a personal connection to the Napa Valley wine community. At Gaw Van Male, Wyman uses his experience in the wine and business industries as an asset to help effectively serve the firm's clients.
When not working in the office or on the ranch, Wyman can be found engaging in a number of hobbies with family and friends. He enjoys riding his bike, hiking; fly fishing, skiing, playing tennis, kayaking, spending time with his wife, and volunteering in the community that has given his family so much. For Wyman, community involvement is part of calling Napa home. He is a board member of Napa Valley Grapegrowers, actively involved in Cycle for Sight, Queen of the Valley Medical Center, and other local organizations.
His expertise in business sales, mergers and acquisitions has earned Wyman a reputation as a deal maker. His advice to corporations, LLC's, partnerships, family businesses, and individuals extends to matters relating to corporate governance, securities, finance, purchasing and selling businesses and business succession planning.
He was a founder of The Vintage Bank, and served as Corporate Counsel and Secretary for Northbay Bancorp, The Vintage Bank, and Solano Bank until the merger with Umpqua Holdings Corporation.
With more than 35 years practicing transactional law and actively participating in the Napa Valley community, Wyman has developed an invaluable and diverse network of contacts.
