On May 30, 2018, Ann Hatsios, head of KMB's Construction Litigation group will be hosting a breakfast seminar on the amendments to the Construction Lien Act and how the changes in the law will impact your business. We will be broadcasting the event live online for those of you unable to attend in person.

On June 7, 2018, Nav Bhandal of our employment group will be a panelist at the Mississauga Board of Trade's Business Series Event, Hire for Attitude, Train for Aptitude. This session will guide your business through the hiring process-how to make sure your first hire is the best hire, how to ensure that potential employees support your workplace culture and brand, and what labour market challenges should be kept in mind when seeking new employees.
