LawPact is pleased to welcome HRC Law LLP as our newest member. HRC Law is a full service commercial English law firm based in central Manchester, North West England, with clients across the UK.
HRC Law’s 16 lawyers and the team that supports them cover every practice area a business client could need (corporate, commercial, employment, litigation, real estate and business immigration).
HRC Law is ready to support LawPact member firms and their clients with any of their business needs in the English jurisdiction. Its lawyers have local knowledge about the UK as well as sector-specific expertise across a number of sectors (including recruitment, nursery care, healthcare, retail, start-ups and automotive).
HRC Law started 5 years ago and has steadily grown (another lawyer will join in April 2018). Its unique modern approach has drawn on the expertise of its staff and on external advisors in order to find the best and most efficient way of doing things. It hopes to be able to share some of this “new” knowledge within the LAWPACT® network.
HRC Law’s Commercial and Corporate Law Partner, Richard Life, said: “We are truly delighted to join LawPact. We hope that we can contribute a lot – via our people’s skills, experiences, personalities and knowledge – and build enduring mutually beneficial relationships with lawyers from member firms in other jurisdictions.
We’d love to hear from any of your members who might be looking for support with English law and urge them to give me or one of our other partners a call to explore how we could work with you to help your clients.
It goes without saying that we’re also thrilled to have a bank of excellent lawyers in other jurisdictions to whom we can now direct our clients.”

Please join me in welcoming HRC Law as our new member firm in England!
