March 10, 2016 (Chicago) - Lawpact®, an international association of independent business law firms, today announced it has added three new member firms:  Martinot Abogados; Fabyanske, Westra, Hart & Thomson; and Studio Legale Sutti; to its network since its Fall Conference held in October 2015.  The addition of these three firms brings the total number of member firms to 54. 

Martinot Abogados is based in Lima, Peru, employs four attorneys and specializes in Corporate Transactions and in providing advice to global companies in connection with their projects in Peru. 

Fabyanske Westra Hart & Thomson is based in Minneapolis, MN, employs 35 attorneys and brings expertise in Construction, Real Estate and Business law to LawPact®. 

Studio Legale Sutti is based in Milan, Italy, with nine partners and focuses on Company-Commercial Law and Intellectual Property & Competition Law.
