Fall 2024 Meeting — October 24 – 26 Houston, Texas

May 14, 2024 - One time event - Normal Priority

Start: October 24, 2024 @ 7:00 CDT
End: October 26, 2024 @ 5:00 CDT

Join us as we return to Houston, Texas for our Fall 2024 conference.  Chris Stevenson and Kenichi Yagi of host firm Adair Myers Stevenson Yagi are excited to welcome us back.  The program for the Fall 2024 conference will be oriented at development of future firm leaders, so plan to bring younger members!

We have selected the Hilton Post Oak by the Galleria as the location the conference. We have negotiated a very attractive room rate of $164 per night including breakfast for one person. The hotel is located in a great area with shopping and restaurants within walking distance. https://www.hilton.com/en/hotels/iahwshh-hilton-houston-post-oak-by-the-galleria/

The preliminary program can be found at this link. Lawpact Agenda Fall 2024  This program is geared to development of future firm leaders, hence the conference theme Forging Your Firm’s Future, so plan to bring younger attorneys. (Sherman Sherman Johnnie & Hoyt are bringing their entire firm!) We have three dynamic speakers scheduled to present cutting edge topics.  There will be a reduced registration fee of $350 for additional delegates.

The Saturday afternoon group event will be a tour of the Johnson Space Center!

We have contracted for hotel rooms based on our estimated attendance. We can adjust our room block based on the number of attendees, but the sooner we do that the better.  It will be very helpful to us in our planning if you can let us know whether you will attend the conference and if you will bring others from your firm. This is not binding. Please send me an email to let me know if you plan to attend and if possible, when you will arrive and depart. If you cannot attend this conference, it will be helpful that you let us know.  From the responses we have already received, we are projecting a great turnout, so please let us know so that we make certain to have enough rooms for everyone.
